Our re­li­able and ef­fi­cient power sup­ply units are suit­able for the di­rect in­stal­la­tion in au­to­matic de­vices and in the ma­chine hous­ing. They pro­vide sen­sors, con­trols, HMIs and PCs with the ap­pro­pri­ate power level in any ap­pli­ca­tion. These are op­ti­mal for the com­pact and space-sav­ing ap­pli­ca­tion. Our power sup­plies for the au­to­matic de­vices are ap­proved for world­wide use. Var­i­ous volt­ages 24 V, 5 V, 12 V or 15 V are freely se­lec­table.

Our Heart­beat® power sup­ply en­sures a re­li­able and ef­fi­cient power sup­ply of sen­sors, ac­tu­a­tors, con­trollers and HMIs. It was de­vel­oped es­pe­cially for crit­i­cal ap­pli­ca­tions with high de­mands on qual­ity, long ser­vice life and di­ag­nos­tic ca­pa­bil­ity. It is dis­tin­guished by es­pe­cially high-qual­ity com­po­nents, a long ser­vice life and in­te­grated mon­i­tor­ing.

The Heart­beat® sta­tus in­di­ca­tor LED gives local, three-color in­di­ca­tion on the cur­rent load sit­u­a­tion, the de­gree of de­vice wear and the re­main­ing ser­vice life of the power sup­ply unit. Alarm, stress level and life­time are out­put through the dig­i­tal out­puts.

Its extra nar­row con­fig­u­ra­tion makes it pos­si­ble to have a re­source-op­ti­mized con­trol cab­i­net de­sign (IP20 hous­ing). IP67 vari­ants for sup­ply­ing power to the mod­ules in de­cen­tral­ized struc­tures in di­rect prox­im­ity to the con­sumer are also avail­able.

DIN Rail mount power supply

Power level for every application. Diagnostic outputs are available for incorporation in the machine diagnostics. Our short-circuit-proof power supplies for the automation are approved for worldwide use. Different voltages from 24 V, 12 V up to 48 V can be selected.
